Monitor yourself

By pressing the "Monitor me" button our wearable starts monitoring critical body data, in particular HRV, which is sent to our Health Decision Support Platform.

The system analyzes your body data

Using smart algorythms, the monitored data is analyzed and the results are send back to the Health Decision Support Platform.

A personal advice is provided

The Health Decision Support Platform combines the analyzed results with your personal data & your history and thus provides a personal advice.

You take action

Follow-up on the advice that has been provided and your wellbeing will hopefully improve. If we can and/or must  take action for you, we'll do so !

Analyzing your data; what we are able to 'tell you'...

  • Wellbeing:

    your overall wellbeing score.

  • Stamina level:

    an overall assessment of the balance of autonomic nervous system and reserves of strength.

  • Bioenergy level:

    the level of physical activity. If it gets too low, it indicates insufficiency of physical activities. If this indicator stays low for a long time it could indicate that a cardiac event will happen.

  • Stress:

    physiological stress, which is considered to be a good predictor of future health problems in cases of prolonged high stress levels. The high stress for long period of time usually indicates the need to rest and/or the insuficciency of sleep and current rest.

  • Emotional state:

    body's response to continuous and unexpected emotions.

  • Heart health & disturbances:

    the extent of health and fitness improvement from lifestyle choices. For example, if your average Heart Age of 50 changes to 42, it means your heart fitness has improved from that of an average 50-year-old to that of an average 42-year-old. As heart beats are regular; being able to list the irregularities in heart beats might indicate a reduced ability to exercise or even a serious issue.
